Shipping is included on all orders to the United States.

What is the delivery time?
Our manufacturing process is top of the class and we like to allow adequate manufacturing time to ensure your product meets the high quality that we promise. You can expect your shades in 10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends), and when your order is shipped you will receive all the tracking info as well as direct contact info for any additional inquiries. Delivery times are based on a normal production environment. Though we do not expect delays, there are occasions of high volume, out-of-stock products, or other unforeseen problems.

What shipping service do you use for delivery?
We use UPS for reliable service to carry your order directly to your door. Once your order is on its way, you will get a UPS tracking number to follow the progress.
What if I am not home when UPS comes?
If there is no one available to receive the delivery, UPS will leave a notice of attempted delivery. This notice will contain instructions for you to schedule another attempt at your convenience, at no extra cost.
Can I check my order status?
Once your order is placed, you will be provided with an order number. Enter your order number HERE to check your order status. Once your order is on its way, you will get a UPS tracking number to follow the progress.
